In this role, Mr. Jacob is responsible for business development, project preparation and evaluation, and project management of VERITAS activities in areas of operation, Tanzania Mainland. Mr. Jacob hold BSc and MSc in Agricultural Economics from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in Morogoro

Mary Samweli, Graduate MSc in animal health and production & BSc –Wildlife Management from Sokoine university of agriculture (SUA). Professionally, expert in animal health and production and wildlife stuffs, expert in welfare of animals including domesticated and wild animals, also expert in general conservation issues. With working as animal health and production expert for six (06) years and also as animal welfare activist for all this time.

Biography:
Animal welfare activist from Tanzania united republic. Hold BSc. Wildlife management & Diploma in Animal Health and Production. Animal health expert with eight years of experience of working with animals in the veterinary settings, working with all animal types including small animals like pets and dogs also large animals including cattle. Field experience of working closely with community in animal right advocacy related matters. Three years of experience in wildlife conservation and or wildlife education.
